Innovating in Plastisols, connecting the World!
PLASTISOL is a dispersion of PVC resin (Polyvinyl Chloride) in a plasticizer and other additives. This whitish liquid, whose viscosity may vary, becomes a solid material when subjected to heat (160-200ºC) without losing weight or significantly changing volume. The term PLASTISOL encompasses a wide variety of formulas, all sharing this fundamental characteristic.
A tailor-made PLASTISOL is manufactured according to the customer’s needs.
Applications
Dip Coating
Immersion Molding
Casting Molding
Rotational Molding
Textile Coating
Microinjection

To ensure excellent adhesion of the PLASTISOL to metal parts, it is essential to apply a special primer. We offer two types of compounds depending on the type of part to be coated:
PRIMER SY-100:
Ideal for the adhesion of metal parts, especially iron, that do not require special treatment. This primer guarantees strong and durable adhesion without the need for additional procedures.
PRIMER SY-200:
Designed for the adhesion of metal parts that will undergo subsequent galvanic treatments such as chrome plating, zinc plating, or cadmium plating. This primer ensures optimal surface preparation for these processes.
TECNYFLEX is a thermoplastic resin that comes in the form of a yellowish elastic mass with a rubbery appearance and melts at a temperature of 80ºC.
TECNYFLEX is ideal for making flexible molds used in the production of gypsum, plaster, artificial stone, prefabricated concrete, and polyester resin parts.
Molds made with TECNYFLEX can be recovered and remelted several times without losing their properties, making it a very economical product.
Characteristics of TECNYFLEX:
Low viscosity when melted: Facilitates pouring and ensures a perfect reproduction of the model.
No need for mold release agents: Simplifies the molding process.
Good tear resistance: Ensures durability and quality with each use.
Quick mold making: Allows for mold creation in minimal time and immediate reproduction.
TECNYMOLD is a vinyl resin that offers functions similar to TECNYFLEX but comes in the form of a reddish or colorless liquid and is activated with a heat source at a temperature of 120-180ºC.
TECNYMOLD is slightly more flexible than TECNYFLEX and is used for creating flexible molds for gypsum, plaster, artificial stone, prefabricated concrete, and polyester resin parts.
Molds made with TECNYMOLD can be recovered and remelted several times without losing their properties, making it a very economical option.
Characteristics of TECNYMOLD:
Low viscosity in optimal state: Facilitates pouring and ensures perfect reproduction of the model.
No need for mold release agents: Simplifies the molding process.
Good tear resistance: Ensures durability and quality with each use.
Quick mold making: Allows for mold creation in minimal time and immediate reproduction.
TECNYFISH is a vinyl resin presented in the form of a whitish liquid (when it does not contain pigment) and is activated with a heat source at a temperature of 120-180ºC.
TECNYFISH is used for manufacturing Soft Fishing Lures (Vinyls). According to the customer’s needs, it can be manufactured with different hardnesses and characteristics.
Characteristics of TECNYFISH:
Low viscosity in optimal condition: Facilitates pouring and ensures perfect reproduction of the model.
No need for mold release agents: Simplifies the molding process.
Quick solidification: Once poured or injected into the mold, it solidifies in approximately 5 minutes, allowing for quick demolding.
Recovery and reuse: Both the leftover and solidified material and possible defects can be recovered and remelted several times without losing their properties, making it a very cost-effective product.
TECNYCLON is a vinyl resin presented in the form of a whitish liquid (when it does not contain pigment) and is activated with a heat source at a temperature of 120-180ºC.
TECNYCLON is used for manufacturing objects or figures of soft plastic. According to the customer’s needs, it can be manufactured with different hardnesses and characteristics.
Characteristics of TECNYCLON:
Low viscosity in optimal condition: Facilitates pouring and ensures perfect reproduction of the model.
No need for mold release agents: Simplifies the molding process.
Quick solidification: Once poured or injected into the mold, it solidifies in approximately 5 minutes, allowing for quick demolding.
Recovery and reuse: Both the leftover and solidified material and possible defects can be recovered and remelted several times without losing their properties, making it a very cost-effective product.
TECNYPOL is a two-component polyurethane system, highly reactive, with low viscosity and without foaming agents, designed for the production of molded parts with varied hardnesses and excellent physical and mechanical properties.
Characteristics of TECNYPOL:
High fluidity at normal temperature: Can be processed between 20 and 30ºC.
High reactivity at room temperature: Ideal for open pours, rotational pours, and pours via low-pressure injection.
Suitable for high mechanical demands: Perfect for products requiring high resistance.
This system can be easily reinforced with fibers (glass, polyethylene, Mat, etc.) to significantly improve its structural properties, especially its resistance to deformation from temperature and impact.
Typical applications of TECNYPOL:
Figures | Moldings | Bars | Blocks | Stoppers | Toy parts | Molds | Casings | Frames | Miniatures | Prototypes
